There are various laws and regulations which aim to prevent this. Therefore it should be constructed in a way that the ballot papers inside the ballot box can\u2019t be accessed and removed without opening up the locked box completely.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, the electoral regulations state that an election has to be supervised by election workers and a member of the election committee. This is an essential aspect of a secret election.
